Cartilages
   •There are 3 single cartilages
     •Thyroid
     •Cricoid
     •Epiglottic
   •There are 3 paired cartilages
     •Arytenoid
     •Corniculate
     •Cuneiform
     •Joints
   •There are 3 pairs of joints
     •Cricothyroid
     •Cricoarytenoid
     •Arytenocorniculate
Ligaments
Membranes
INTRINSIC MUSCLES- There are 2 groups
Those that alter size of shape of inlet
1.Aryepiglottic muscles
2.Oblique arytenoid
3.Thyroepiglottics
Those that move vocal folds
1.Posterior Cricoarytenoid
(It is the 
ONLY abductor of vocal folds)
2.Lateral Cricoarytenoids
3.Thyroarytenoids and vocalis
4.Transverse arytenoid
5.Cricothyroids
     1.Only intrinsic muscle that lies outside the larynx
     2.Not supplied by recurrent laryngeal nerve
     3.
Contraction causes arch pf cricoid and Thyroid notch to approach each other
NERVE SUPPLY
All muscles are supplied by 
recurrent laryngeal nerve
EXCEPT for 
cricothyroid which is innervated by external laryngeal nerve  on its external surface
